Here are the future programs that
Divine Reset Will Offer!

Divine Reset operations comprehensive programs that are being developed will offer group counseling services as well as one-on-one mentoring to youth. We also look to provide job prep training, individualized coaching, support, and numerous group activities to supplement the one-to-one support. The initial outline of programs are as follows:

Reset Counseling Services:

Reset counseling services will be provided for domestic violence victims and their children to help them address the effects of domestic violence on their lives. The program will offer crisis intervention by providing crisis counseling, emotional support, safety planning, danger assessments, and referrals to other resources in the community. Therapeutic and recreational activities are available for the children also.

Community Support Groups and Individual Counseling Services:

Support groups facilitated by counselors and formerly battered women will be available for abused women in the counties we serve. Domestic violence survivors will help one another through group discussion, receive support in dealing with the violence they have experienced, and learn of options and resources available to them. Community-based individual counseling is offered to battered women who do not reside in the shelters.

Career Development Center:

Financial insecurity is a common factor in intimate partner violence. Divine Reset will establish a Career Development Center to provide shelter residents and other survivors of domestic violence with educational and professional opportunities to address this issue. The Career Development Center will empower survivors to become financially self-sufficient while living violence-free lives. This program aims to administer a comprehensive range of informational and supportive services that assist survivors in overcoming their financial challenges.

Community Education and Training:

A Divine Reset trainer will offer presentations to survivor service providers, volunteers, and the community on domestic violence issues and Divine Reset’s services. Additionally, volunteer speakers from the bureau will address civic, religious, and professional organizations to raise awareness and understanding of the victimization of women and their children. Divine Reset aims to provide training on any subject related to domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking for FREE to other businesses or organizations. A portion of Divine Reset’s mission is to promote domestic violence prevention through community awareness and education. Providing this service to companies or groups ensures that we accomplish our mission. Education is a key to an increased understanding and prevention of domestic violence.

Court Advocacy:

Services by volunteer legal aid will provide free advocates to inform battered women about the legal process and options available to protect their rights. Obtain professional legal services, accompany them to court, and advocate protection through the judicial system.
